Nan Aron is the founder and president of Alliance for Justice, a liberal advocacy group that monitors the appointment of federal judicial nominees. The organization opposed the nominations of Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

Ted Olson is a lawyer who served as U.S. assistant attorney general under Reagan and solicitor general under George W. Bush. He has argued cases in front of the Supreme Court, including Bush v. Gore and Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission.

Nina Totenberg is a legal affairs correspondent for NPR. She has reported on the U.S. Supreme Court for more than 40 years and notably broke the story about Anita Hill’s allegations of sexual harassment by then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas.
