Illinois health officials reported 4,776 new COVID-19 cases and 53 deaths Monday.

The total number of cases in Illinois now stands at 1,033,526, with a total of 17,627 deaths, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Sunday night, 3,540 patients in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 759 patients were in the ICU and 401 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

The total number of cases in Illinois now stands at 1,046,030, with a total of 17,840 deaths, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Tuesday night, 3,642 patients in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 749 patients were in the ICU and 386 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

A total of 96,845 coronavirus tests were returned Sunday. The statewide test positivity rate from Jan. 10 to 16 is 7.1 percent.

As of Saturday night, 3,408 Illinois residents were reported to be hospitalized with COVID-19, of whom 720 were in the ICU and 387 were on ventilators.

The total number of cases in Illinois now stands at 1,072,214, with a total of 18,258 deaths, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Sunday night, 3,345 patients in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 705 patients were in the ICU and 392 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

Earlier on Tuesday, Illinois reported 4,318 new confirmed and probable cases of COVID-19, for a total of 1,076,532. The state also announced 33 new deaths for a total of 18,291 since the start of the pandemic.

The coronavirus has spread to 4,822 more people and claimed an additional 107 Illinois lives, public health officials announced Wednesday.

On Tuesday night, 3,284 beds were occupied by COVID-19 patients — the first time that number has dipped below 3,300 in almost three months, and a 47% overall decline from the worst of the pandemic in mid-November.

The total number of cases in Illinois now stands at 1,104,763, with a total of 18,798 deaths, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Sunday night, 2,962 patients in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 601 patients were in the ICU and 302 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) today reported 3,751 new confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 81 additional deaths.

Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 1,112,181 cases, including 18,964 deaths, in 102 counties in Illinois.

As of last night, 2,931 in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 591 patients were in the ICU and 300 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

IDPH is reporting a total of 1,137,559 cases, including 19,444 deaths, in 102 counties in Illinois.

As of last night, 2,341 individuals in Illinois were reported to be in the hospital with COVID-19. Of those, 513 patients were in the ICU and 265 patients with COVID-19 were on ventilators.

Health officials in Illinois on Friday reported 3,660 new confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus, along with 83 additional deaths attributed to the virus.

According to the Illinois Department of Public Health, Friday's new cases bring the state to 1,141,219 cases of the virus in the state, with 19,526 deaths attributed to COVID-19 since the pandemic began last year.

As of Thursday night, there were 2,318 coronavirus patients in Illinois hospitals. Of those patients, 491 were in intensive care units, while 254 were on ventilators.

The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 3,062 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. This brings the state to 1,144,281 total cases since the start of the pandemic.

Saturday's report also included 60 additional COVID-19 related deaths. In total, 19,585 Illinoisans have died from the virus.

As of midnight, there are 2,271 people hospitalized for COVID-19 across the state. Of those patients, 485 are in intensive care, with 246 on ventilators.

According to the latest IDPH data, 1,747 cases have been reported over the last 24 hours. Those new cases bring the statewide total to 1,148,088 since the pandemic began.

The 35 additional deaths bring the state to 19,668 deaths during the pandemic.

There are currently 2,161 individuals hospitalized due to COVID-19 in Illinois, with 469 of those patients in intensive care units. Another 251 patients are currently on ventilators.
