Another 2,138 Ohioans tested positive for COVID-19 as of Sunday, bringing the statewide total to 920,217, according to the Ohio Department of Health.

Statewide deaths rose Sunday by seven, which is well below the three-week average of 69 new deaths reported per day. So far, the virus has killed 11,659, according to the state.

An additional 61 Ohioans were hospitalized with COVID-19 by Sunday.

Statewide admissions to intensive care units increased Sunday by four, which is less than the three-week average of 23 new ICU admissions a day.

Ohio reported 1,921 new COVID-19 cases and 36 deaths on Monday – both lower than averages over the past week and past three weeks.

That continued Monday, with an estimated 2,012 COVID-19 patients receiving care in Ohio hospitals, including 521 in intensive care.

In total, 922,143 confirmed and probable infections and 11,695 deaths due to COVID-19 have been reported to the Ohio Department of Health.

However, cases did increase Tuesday with 3,207 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total to 925,350. Hospitalizations rose by 181 to 47,853, and deaths rose by 98 to 11,793.

The Ohio Department of Health reported 2,806 new COVID-19 cases in the state today, bringing the total number of cases to 931,437.

These numbers include both cases confirmed by a viral test and cases that meet the CDC's definition of probable. There have been 805,971 confirmed COVID-19 cases to date, which account for 87% of total cases.

The state reported 721 coronavirus deaths on Thursday; of those, 650 were from a backlog of reported deaths due to the state under-reporting from October through December of last year. A total of 12,577 deaths have been reported in Ohio.

The ODH reported 189 new hospitalizations today, with 19 ICU admissions. There are currently 1,862 COVID-19 patients in Ohio's hospitals and 479 COVID-19 patients in the ICU.

Non-COVID patients are currently occupying 65% of the state's hospital beds, according to ODH. COVID-positive patients account for 7%, leaving 28% of beds currently available. COVID patients make up 10% of the state's ICU beds, non-COVID patients are occupying 63% of ICU beds, and 27% of ICU beds are currently open.

The Ohio Department of Health reports 1,809 new COVID-19 cases with 64 more hospitalizations and 6 more deaths.

The updated numbers bring the cumulative totals to 939,350 coronavirus cases with 48,556 cumulative hospitalizations and 16,346 total deaths.

There are 1,657 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19 as of Feb. 14.

The updated numbers bring the cumulative totals to 941,265 coronavirus cases with 48,635 cumulative hospitalizations and 16,394 total deaths.

There are 1,633 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19 as of Feb. 15.

The Ohio Department of Health reported Wednesday another 1,816 cases of the coronavirus, bringing the total during the outbreak to 945,107.

Sixty more people were reported to have died with COVID-19 since Tuesday, increasing total deaths to 16,513.

1,539 people were hospitalized in Ohio with COVID-19, a decrease of 32 since Tuesday.

There have been 817,493 confirmed COVID-19 cases to date, which account for 86% of total cases.

There have now been 16,693 coronavirus-related deaths across the state; 82 new deaths were reported today, lower than the 21-day average of 268.

The ODH reported 152 new hospitalizations today, with 12 ICU admissions. There are currently 1,493 COVID-19 patients in Ohio's hospitals, and 395 COVID-19 patients in the ICU.

COVID-positive patients account for 5.41%, leaving 29.98% of beds currently available. COVID patients make up 8.31% of the state's ICU beds, non-COVID patients are occupying 62.30% of ICU beds, and 29.39% of ICU beds are currently open.

The Ohio Department of Health reported Saturday afternoon that the state has 2,611 new coronavirus cases.

This brings the total number of cases to 952,306, which includes confirmed and probable COVID-19 cases.

A total of 16,749 people have died from COVID-19, up 56 from Friday.

The Ohio Department of Health reported 1,611 new COVID-19 cases in the state today, bringing the total number of cases to 955,378.

There have been 821,016 confirmed COVID-19 cases to date, which account for 86% of total cases.

There have now been 16,874 coronavirus-related deaths across the state; 58 new deaths were reported today, lower than the 21-day average of 269.

The ODH reported 120 new hospitalizations today, with 16 ICU admissions. There are currently 1,374 COVID-19 patients in Ohio's hospitals, and 367 COVID-19 patients in the ICU.

Non-COVID patients are currently occupying 60.83% of the state's hospital beds, according to ODH. COVID-positive patients account for 5%, leaving 34.17% of beds currently available. COVID patients make up 7.76% of the state's ICU beds, non-COVID patients are occupying 58.38% of ICU beds, and 33.86% of ICU beds are currently open.

As of March 2, a total of 970,583 (+1,709) cases have been reported since the pandemic began, leading to 50,503 (+121) hospitalizations and 7,160 (+12) ICU admissions.

The Department of Health is reporting 16,750 deaths from COVID-19 in Ohio, which is down from the 17,346 listed Monday as the department changes how it collects and reports death totals.

Deaths will now be counted only off of death certificates instead of reports from hospitals, urgent-care centers and local health departments.

A reported 17,502 deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in Ohio.

ODH Director Stephanie McCloud announced there were 752 deaths reported Friday, but of those, 428 were people out of state who listed Ohio as their primary residence.

Tuesday, the Ohio Department of Health shared cases rose by 1,893 to 981,618 since the start of the pandemic, one year ago. Deaths rose by 160 to 17,662 and hospitalizations rose by 132 to 51,097.

The Ohio Department of Health added 1,868 COVID-19 cases to the state's total which is now at 983,486.

114 people were hospitalized with five admitted to the ICU. Ohio is no longer reporting deaths on a daily basis but the current death toll from the coronavirus is at 17,662.
