The Tennessee Department of Health announced 4,797 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.

To date, there have been 572,589 cases of the coronavirus reported in the state, of which 72,136 cases are active.

Tennessee reported 122 new deaths over the last 24 hours. In all, 6,710 people have died as a result of the virus.

There are currently 3,060 hospitalizations connected to the coronavirus in Tennessee. The state reported 493,743 people have recovered so far.

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 5,993 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases ever reported to 586,802.

As of Thursday, 508,914 Tennesseans have recovered from the virus while 70,981 cases remain active. Thursday's rate of positive tests is 22.64%.

Ninety-seven additional Tennesseans have died from COVID-19. TDH has attributed 6,907 deaths to COVID-19.

Hospitals statewide reported 3,218 active COVID-19 patients overnight.

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 17,330 additional COVID-19 cases and 63 new deaths in the past 48 hours on Saturday.

The Department released two days' worth of data due to the New Year's holiday. The January 1 update included 8,550 additional cases and 15 deaths. The January 2 update included 8,780 additional cases and 48 deaths.

This brings the state's total case count to 604,132. So far 6,970 Tennesseans have lost their lives to the virus.

The report also showed 3,114 patients currently hospitalized with confirmed cases of COVID-19.

TDH also confirmed 55 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 7,025 total deaths.

The department reported 3,953 new cases, putting the state at 612,250 total cases. Of the total cases, 534,474 are confirmed and 77,776 are probable.

There are currently 74,588 active COVID-19 cases in the state.

TDH confirmed 143 additional deaths, bringing the state up to 7,168 total deaths. Monday now stands as the second-highest single-day deaths increase in Tennessee.

Earlier on Monday, the state reported 3,213 people are currently hospitalized in Tennessee due to COVID-19. The number of total COVID hospitalizations now sits at 14,760.

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 5,399 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday. The department said 99 additional deaths were also reported.

This brings the state's total number of cases to 617,649. The statewide death toll has risen to 7,267. Currently, there are 71,175 active cases across the state.

The number of current COVID-related hospitalizations has risen to 3,246. Today's positivity rate is 20.85%.

There are currently 71,111 active COVID-19 cases in the state.

Tennessee’s seven-day new cases average is currently 6,776 additional cases per day, while the 14-day new cases average is 6,267.

TDH confirmed 111 additional deaths, bringing the state up to 7,492 total deaths.

The state once again reported a record-high for current hospitalizations with 3,351 people currently hospitalized in Tennessee due to COVID-19. ICU Bed availability remains at 7%. The number of total COVID hospitalizations now sits at 15,068.

The Tennessee Department of Health reported 7,419 new COVID-19 cases Friday and 81 additional deaths.

The state has now had 653,869 people contract the virus and 7,785 people die. Over 565,000 virus cases in the state are now considered inactive while 80,887 active cases remain.

Tennessee recorded nearly 5,000 new COVID-19 cases Thursday. With 4,983 new cases, the state’s case count since the start of the pandemic is now 670,482.

The Tennessee Department of Health also reported 84 additional deaths, bringing the death toll to 8,232.

Currently, there are 65,367 active cases in Tennessee. Nearly 3,000 people are hospitalized with complications.

The Tennessee Department of Health announced there have been 694,291 cases of the coronavirus in the state as of Wednesday afternoon. That's an increase of 4,483 cases in the past 24 hours during which 21,951 tests were reported.

There were 85 deaths from coronavirus infections reported in the past day. The virus had caused 8,556 deaths statewide so far, health officials said.

There are currently 2,653 hospitalizations connected to the coronavirus in Tennessee, and there have been 633,428 recoveries statewide.

Another 1,710 Tennesseans have tested positive for the coronavirus within the last 24 hours and 111 others have died, according to data from the Tennessee Department of Health.

TDH says there has been a total of 710,427 COVID-19 cases and 8,970 virus-related deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.

There are currently 2,068 Tennesseans battling the virus in hospitals across the state and data shows there are over 44,000 active cases statewide.

The health department reported 3,119 new cases, bringing the state to 727,861 total cases. Of those cases, 617,405 are confirmed and 110,456 are probable.

TDH also confirmed 76 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 9,650 total deaths.

There are 1,574 people currently hospitalized in the state.

January saw an average of 88 deaths per day while 2,743 deaths were reported in the first month of 2021. January 2021 is also responsible for 28 percent of Tennessee’s COVID-19 deaths.

To date, there have been 729,187 cases of the coronavirus reported as confirmed or probable in the state, of which 34,272 are active.

Tennessee reported 103 new deaths over the past 24 hours. In all, 9,753 people have died in the state as a result of the virus.
