The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services provided the data to the RGJ and clarified that the number of exposures represents only a portion of people who tested positive for COVID-19.

WYNN resorts reveals testing and tracing results 9/17/20

Of the 15,051 tests conducted there have been 548 positive cases, for a positivity test rate of 3.6%, well below the US national average. Of those, 51 positive results were pre-reopening, 497 were post-reopening, for a 3.3% positivity rate post-opening.

The Company's contact tracing results reveal that 98% of the employees testing positive contracted the virus outside of work.

Guests who self-identify with potential exposure or display symptoms are offered in-room testing and six guests have tested positive.
